Job Summary
The specialist, digital marketing (product specialist) will support e‑commerce initiatives by assisting product managers and product owners in day‑to‑day operations of digital solutions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring coordination across business units, vendors, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans. Key responsibilities include documenting team discussions, managing tasks in JIRA, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), triaging bugs, and helping shape product backlog priorities.
The specialist will also partner with UX designers and researchers to influence future product strategy while advocating for customer needs.
- Assist product manager and product owner across multiple digital initiatives within the e-commerce portfolio.
- Capture detailed notes, decisions, and recaps from stand‑ups, core hour calls, and working sessions to ensure alignment across teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), triage bugs, and track tasks in JIRA to maintain product quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare and assign tasks for Designers, Copywriters, and Business Analysts in JIRA based on team decisions.
- Work closely with internal business units, vendors, and IT teams to execute against strategic plans.
- Partner with UX designers and researchers to help define future product strategy in collaboration with the product team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital field.
- Experience with JIRA for task tracking and bug triaging (preferred).
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior exposure to product owner responsibilities, including backlog management and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Agile principles, ceremonies, and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA for task tracking, bug triaging, and backlog prioritization.
- Strong problem‑solving skills paired with creativity to propose innovative solutions.
- Skilled in presenting ideas clearly, documenting decisions, and facilitating alignment across teams.
Pay Range: $35 – $40.97 per hour.
