Senior Engineer, SAP FICO. Software Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company’s business objectives.

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance.
• Configure SAP systems within the SAP FICO module and across all sub‑modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
• Lead the team in successful project implementation of output types, GL determination, movement types, valuation postings, and product costing.
• Develop finance solutions that enhance and extend the company’s investment in SAP.
• Provide guidance on SAP financial integration within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, supply chain solutions, and other capabilities.
• Lead complex projects by providing functional expertise and guidance on SAP products to clients.
• Develop effective working relationships with IT and business teams through flawless execution and open, honest, direct communication.
• Mentor and develop SAP teams and provide SAP‑related advice to various groups.
• Help others understand the enterprise implications of decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of SAP FICO and integration experience.
• 5+ years hands‑on SAP FICO configuration experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing.
• 5+ years experience in full‑cycle implementation and project support.
• Good understanding of SAP BRIM and integration with Finance/FI‑CA/RAR.
• Experience in implementation of SAP DPA (Digital Payments Add‑on).
• Deep understanding of SAP financial integration Procure to Pay processes (3‑way match, GR/IR match, invoice processing, GR processing, returns processing).
• Expertise in configuring DMEE Tree and EBS (BAI2 and MT940) formats.
• Hands‑on experience with EDI configuration, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven leadership ability.

• Knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and APIs.
• General understanding of hardware/software platforms: operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers, integration technologies.
• Planning and executing system implementations to minimize risk of outages.
• Conceptual knowledge of architecture standards, database, and operating systems.
• Problem‑solving ability for effective resolution of system issues including production outages.
• Analysis of production system operations using monitoring tools, capacity analysis, and root‑cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, business process modeling, application design patterns, business/functional documents.
• Estimating high‑level business requirements and providing options analysis.
