This is a hybrid‑remote role based out of the Dublin, OH office, with employees expected to work onsite on designated in‑office days each week. Assists in many aspects of infrastructure engineering, including automation, capacity management, monitoring, scalability and incident response. Supports a 24x7 on‑call rotation, drives reliability improvements, and helps implement new technologies to replace legacy systems.

• Monitors and reports on user experience, responds to production incidents, conducts post‑mortems, and prevents recurrence of known problems.
• Assists with day‑to‑day system maintenance and operations.
• Supports production as part of a 24x7 on‑call rotation.
• Diagnoses availability, latency and performance issues; improves code and configuration to meet SLAs/SLOs with minimal manual intervention.
• Utilizes automation to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate toil, improving system reliability.
• Influences and guides engineering and operations teams to implement SRE principles while maintaining architectural and security standards.
• Creates and executes automated tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years combined experience with operating system architecture, networking, and/or cloud systems.
• Experience designing and developing automation software for system or network automation.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting systems.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops and SRE practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and automated configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, Chef).
• Technical certifications or equivalent knowledge in cloud computing, virtualization, scripting, or security preferred.
