Voice AI Automation Engineer

Location:

DUBLIN, OH

Duration: 12 months

Rate: DOE U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Automation Engineer experience
  • Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology /tools
  • Hands-on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language
  • Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus, etc.
  • Experience working with Voice AI tools like Murf AI, Eleven Lab, etc.
  • Basic knowledge and experience working with Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failures
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in the QA space
  • Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another
Responsibilities
  • Automate Wendy's voice AI (Fresh AI)
  • Create automated tests to validate Wendy's Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals
  • Create and identify different test scenarios and conditions that need to be automated
  • Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues
  • Monitor application logs to determine system behavior and address all technical issues
  • Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risks
  • Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately
  • Work independently as well as in a team, seeking guidance as needed
