AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continuous access to the cloud. This role tackles complex supply‑chain challenges to improve safety, security, process, and capacity of AWS data centers.

• Manage planning scopes associated with network and cabling infrastructure in a data‑center environment.
• Guide, train, and educate staff on best practices for service‑owner issues.
• Manage tasks and deliverables across projects of all sizes.
• Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures that meet industry best practices and required SLAs.
• Provide weekly status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate team resources to support project delivery, including emergency projects, change management, and maintenance‑window support.
• Recruit, train, and host weekly staff meetings.
• Drive compliance with Amazon performance‑management requirements.

• 1+ year of experience in computer networking.
• 2+ years of experience in computer‑hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data‑center operations, or technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical or vocational networking roles.
• 1+ year of experience with Linux operating systems or related field.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, and perform routine physical tasks during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Experience with computer‑hardware troubleshooting and repair.

• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.
• Project‑management experience.
• Data‑center infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with data‑center design, construction, or operations.
