Hybrid; 3 days remote, 2 days mandatory in office. Candidates must be local to the Columbus area; fully remote options are NOT available.

Duration: 6-month W2 contract with potential for extension

Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 / hour (max)
Cella is seeking a Digital Production Specialist to join a dynamic creative team for a renowned healthcare organization. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of design, strategy, and tech-building engaging content and digital marketing assets, and managing target experiences for a leading enterprise brand. Responsibilities:

Content Building & Maintenance:
Construct, update, and maintain marketing assets (templated banners, landing pages, digital messages) using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Audience Targeting:
Activate targeted ads and segment specific audiences using Adobe Target.

Project Management & Triage:
Utilize Workfront to track, assign, and manage incoming production requests, ensuring projects stay on schedule and adhere to brand standards.

Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a digital marketing tool SME, optimizing content for SEO/UX and troubleshooting technical issues related to content display and revenue tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Client Services, Design, and Marketing teams to turn strategic goals into high-impact digital solutions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content management preferred.

CMS Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred, though experience with comparable Enterprise CMS tools will be considered.

Technical

Skills:

Experience with Adobe Target and project management software (Workfront preferred). Strong foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.Compliance Exposure:
Prior experience working within a regulated or compliance-heavy environment is a major plus (training on specific protocols provided).
