• Serve as a key legal partner, advising on complex services and solutions transactions including DaaS, IaaS, Managed Services, and Industry Solutions.
• Manage the legal workstream, supporting negotiations, resolving contractual issues, and coordinating with stakeholders through contract execution.
• Develop understanding of existing contractual commitments for customers and provide legal support for new service development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and subject matter experts across multiple regions including the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise technology services or managed services agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk frameworks.

• J.D. Degree with 12+ years of experience in negotiating complex multi-country services contracts within the IT or Telecommunications sector.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with sales and commercial teams in a deal-driven environment, with a solid understanding of profitability drivers and legal risk management.
• Ability to operate effectively within a global organization involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
