South College is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our campus IT Services team. You will document requests, install and support Windows and Mac environments, and assist with AV equipment in classrooms and meeting spaces.
The role requires 2+ years in IT, strong customer service, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced college setting; you will help protect information policies and provide end-user support both remotely and on-site.
