Paralegal

Dublin, Ohio (100% In-Office)

• Take ownership of discovery for multiple active plaintiffs
• Work directly with firm leadership in a tight-knit, growing practice
• Gain exposure to mass tort and toxic exposure litigation
• Be trusted to work independently and truly function as a paralegal — not just administrative support

• 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff experience strongly preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience drafting and responding to discovery
• Ability to independently manage high-volume plaintiff caseloads without becoming overwhelmed
• Proven e-filing experience in Ohio courts (county systems vary — must be proficient)
• Experience setting depositions and filing deposition notices
• Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting discovery interviews
• Experience coordinating with medical providers for records and reports
• Self-starter mentality — able to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Mass tort experience preferred
