• Balance the conflicting goals of inventory targets, customer service levels, forecast accuracy, and safety stock requirements for the assigned SKU portfolio.
• Act as the key liaison to resolve supply issues and ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.
• Identify ways to improve supply planning processes by applying current tools.
• Ensure accuracy of all purchase order data to support the Sales, Operations & Transportation teams.
• Meet customer demand and regional performance objectives.
• Use MRP and other tools to review inventory projections and supply‑demand summaries to prevent shortages or excess inventory and demurrage.
• Track inventory levels and suggest adjustments to inventory parameters.
• Assess purchasing options, optimise loads via combining products into single orders, and pre‑order as needed to reduce costs. Work with product marketing on overall supply direction.
• Review out‑of‑stock situations or supply shortages, and recommend mitigations using exception reports.
• Conduct business and performance reviews with key suppliers on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics versus established targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, supply chain/operations, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong Excel skills with data manipulation experience – graphs, pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.
• Knowledge of integrated planning software (highly desirable).
• Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to process improvement and root‑cause analysis.
• SAP experience (preferred).

• This hybrid‑based role reports from our Dublin, OH location.
