Logistics Lead

TD Synnex is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee end-to-end logistics operations within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement department. Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and inventory flows
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize delivery performance
• Analyze shipment data to improve on time delivery, cost, and service levels
• Implement and refine logistics processes, SOPs, and KPIs for the supply chain team
• Use logistics and ERP systems to manage orders, track shipments, and resolve exceptions
• Partner with procurement to plan capacity and align logistics with sourcing decisions
• Drive continuous improvement projects using data and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Produce reports and dashboards for leadership on logistics performance
• Support and mentor junior logistics coordinators and specialists
