Job Position

Description:

Part-time cleaning position: two days a week, 4 hours each day (Tuesday & Friday), from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., paying $15/hr responsibilities include maintaining a clean and healthy office environment following a task list.

Duties include:

• Performing cleaning tasks using provided products, tools, and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, interior window cleaning, dusting, bathroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting.
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting needs.
• Using proper PPE when required.
• Opening and locking the facility.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience in professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
• Dependability, punctuality, positive attitude, and team spirit are essential.
• Must communicate in English or use a translation tool.

Physical Demands and

Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products.
