Job Description

Our team is expanding, and we are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manageronresidential, commercial, and fit‑out projects (depending on experience). This is a key client‑facing role, responsible for ensuring that project objectives are achieved and that delivery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, sustainability, time, and cost performance.

As Senior Project Manager, you will act as the primary day‑to‑day interface with clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. You will bring deep technical understanding of building projects—particularly in residential, commercial, and fit‑out environments—and will drive governance, coordination, and delivery excellence across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the planning, governance, and management control systems required for the successful delivery of complex building projects.
  • Review and align organisational structures across project stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Monitor team performance and implement safety, quality, and performance improvement measures.
  • Audit compliance with project management systems and report findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks early, assign ownership, and manage mitigation strategies.
  • Chair weekly technical, design, and progress meetings with all relevant parties.
  • Manage client gateway reviews and ensure all conditions precedent are met.
  • Oversee design deliverables, ensuring alignment with programme, quality standards, and permitting requirements—often in parallel with fast‑track procurement packages.
  • Conduct regular site visits to review HSSE performance, logistics, and progress against programme.
  • Produce detailed progress reports, tracking performance against baseline schedules, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports for the client’s representative, including presentations as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years’ project management experience, with a strong track record delivering residential and/or commercial and fit‑out projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full project life cycles from design through handover.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
