Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing performance guarantees for pharma and pharmacy program clients. They serve as the business subject matter expert on the performance and financial aspects of those clients’ contracts. They are responsible for understanding how Outcomes is performing against client performance expectations and financial targets and implementing strategies to ensure strong results on both fronts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Understand with great detail how we’re performing against client contracts, diagnose performance barriers, and develop action plans to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans.
- Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients.
- Collaborate with account management teams to support their conversations with clients.
- Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance.
- Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales teams on performance feasibility.
- Apply working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
- Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
- Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take action to resolve.
- Apply judgment within defined parameters.
- Receive general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects.
- Work is reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
- Domestic and/or International travel, up to 10%.
- Minimum years of work experience: 2 years in the health care field.
- Minimum level of education or education/experience:
Bachelor’s Degree.
- Frequent sitting in stationary position at a desk.
- Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs.
- Occasional twisting of body.
- Occasional reaching by extending hands and arms in any direction.
