Position Overview
We are looking for a Claims Supervisor II - Property to join our team.
Responsibilities- Supervises claims adjusters and technical support staff to manage day‑to‑day handling and settlement of claims.
- Processes and tracks documents, makes payments, tracks trends, and communicates with underwriting.
- Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and development of the claims staff.
- Ensures department targets for customer service quality and priorities are met.
- Ensures corporate claims handling procedures and priorities are followed and that budget and productivity requirements are met.
- Supervises day‑to‑day activities of a claims handling unit and oversees the investigation of insurance claims.
National Range: $ – $ (ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location).
