Business Office Manager
Location: Columbus, OH

$70,000 - $77,000

We are seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our client's bookkeeping operations. This includes supervising the front desk team, ensuring accurate reporting to their corporate office, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the Executive Director with various projects.

This is a dynamic role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong bookkeeping skills and a passion for leadership.

Schedule
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Flexibility required to support resident and community needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all bookkeeping and office operations
  • Oversee payroll and HR-related bookkeeping procedures
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Train and supervise front desk personnel
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to corporate office
