$70,000 - $77,000
We are seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our client's bookkeeping operations. This includes supervising the front desk team, ensuring accurate reporting to their corporate office, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the Executive Director with various projects.
This is a dynamic role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong bookkeeping skills and a passion for leadership.

- Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

- Manage all bookkeeping and office operations
- Oversee payroll and HR-related bookkeeping procedures
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Train and supervise front desk personnel
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to corporate office
- Strong accounting background with relevant education or training
- Advanced computer proficiency (accounting software, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with strong public relations abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience working with residents, families, staff, and the public
