We are recruiting for a General Manager to join our team in Leeds.

Salary: €45000 per annum

Location:
Dublin

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent service standards, efficient throughput, and strong customer experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Drive profitability through tight cost control, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage food & labour costs in line with contract catering targets, monitor daily revenue performance.
  • Manage the client account, making sure expectations and targets are met. Use retail knowledge to improve product range, displays, pricing, and promotions to help increase customer spend.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring effective rota planning aligned with peak trading patterns. Provide coaching, performance management, and training to maintain high standards and build a strong, engaged team culture.
  • Work with culinary and commercial teams to evolve menus and retail offerings suited to a contract catering environment. Introduce initiatives that enhance customer engagement, improve efficiency, and respond to changing client and consumer demands.
