IT Program Manager - Verdantas

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive program scope, timelines, and deliverables for multi‑disciplinary engineering and digital modeling projects.
• Apply Agile and hybrid project management frameworks to coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting plans as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing contingency strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, delivering regular status reports and executive briefings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in environmental consulting, civil infrastructure, or energy transformation.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with a track record of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and diverse technical teams.
