What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of direct support staff
- Help maintain a structured, positive home environment
- Support individuals in building life skills and independence
- Participate in community activities and outings
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently
- Model strong communication, accountability, and leadership

What We're Looking For:
Education:
2-year degree preferred, not required. Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion. Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving. Leadership or team lead experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
