Job Summary
As a Senior Security Project Manager, you will lead complex security projects, ensuring they meet corporate priorities through expert project management. Your responsibilities include overseeing schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Johnson Controls' operational principles.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee security system installations, define project scope, and employ risk management strategies.
- Demonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all project deliverables align with organizational standards and client expectations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with project staff, customers, and management.
- Oversee project budgets, forecast financial trends, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct worksite inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering satisfaction and trust.
- Required:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in project management. - Five years of experience in security project management or new construction.
- Willingness to undertake deployments of 6-18 months, primarily in the Dublin/Columbus, OH area.
- Certifications:
CSPM or PMI PMP, or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Hiring Salary Range: $95,000 to $150,000 (adjusted based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities).
