As a Senior Security Project Manager, you will lead complex security projects, ensuring they meet corporate priorities through expert project management. Your responsibilities include overseeing schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Johnson Controls' operational principles.

• Project Oversight:
  Manage security system installations, define project scope, and employ risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Maintain clear and professional communication with project staff, customers, and management.
• Financial Accountability:
  Oversee project budgets, forecast financial trends, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct worksite inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
• Customer Service:
  Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering satisfaction and trust.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in project management.
• Five years of experience in security project management or new construction.
• Willingness to undertake deployments of 6‑18 months, primarily in the Dublin/Columbus, OH area.

• Preferred certifications: CSPM or PMI PMP, or willingness to obtain within six months.

Hiring salary range: $95,000 to 150,000. The role offers a competitive bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
