As a House Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home. You'll coach and develop staff, foster a positive team culture, strengthen relationships with families, and ensure every individual receives exceptional, person-centered support.
What You’ll DoLead Residential Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring services are safe, person-centered, and aligned with each individual's goals.Develop & Support Your Team:
Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable team culture.Ensure Quality & Compliance:
Monitor documentation, incidents, billing, and regulatory requirements to maintain exceptional standards.Champion Individual Success:
Ensure Service Plans are implemented consistently while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.Manage the Home:
Oversee household budgets, maintenance, supplies, scheduling needs, and daily operations to create a safe, welcoming environment.Build Strong Partnerships:
Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, support teams, and leadership to deliver coordinated, person-centered services.
Confident leaders who enjoy mentoring and developing others
Organized professionals who balance people, operations, and priorities
Problem-solvers who take ownership and make thoughtful decisions
Individuals passionate about inclusion and quality services
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
2+ years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
Evening, weekend, and emergency availability as needed
