Position: (USA) Member Team Lead

Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing direction;
Communicate goals and feedback to associates and train on processes and procedures;
Provide member service guidance and techniques to resolve member issues according to company guidelines;
Support Open Door Policy and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates;
Promote membership by informing on membership types/programs/benefits and processing memberships/upgrades and renewals;
Oversee area operations including processing transactions, handling claims/returns, organizing merchandise, and ensuring availability of carts and cleanliness;
Maintain financial records and assist with accounting-related tasks including deposits and cash handling;
Collaborate with managers and coworkers to develop processes meeting business needs and identify improvement opportunities;
Model and promote integrity and ethics in line with company standards;
Lead teams by coordinating work, providing feedback, and supporting change management.
