Maintenance Technician

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

$25.00 per hour

We are an automotive sheet metal fabrication company located in the Dublin, Ohio area. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, facility maintenance, and general property upkeep to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including interior painting, minor plumbing repairs, and general building upkeep.
• Use voltmeters and general shop tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
• Support production and manufacturing operations when needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 480-volt electrical experience is a plus.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to use a voltmeter and general maintenance/shop tools.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must be local to the Columbus, Ohio area.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
