ALTA Performance Materials is seeking a Lab Technician to join the Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) team in Dublin, OH. You will support day-to-day testing, sample preparation, and production activities, blending lab tasks with longer-term R&D projects.
You ll weigh and mix raw materials, prepare customer samples, operate production equipment, and perform routine tests such as viscosity, cure and density, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
