Position OverviewAs our Social Media Expert, you’ll take the wheel in developing, managing, and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In. You’ll use your marketing expertise, creativity, and storytelling skills to highlight our vehicles, our people, and our values, helping shape how customers experience the Jeff Wyler brand online.
This role combines digital strategy, brand storytelling, and analytics-driven performance marketing in the exciting and fast-paced automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy aligned with dealership sales and marketing goals.
- Create daily content including photos, videos, reels, and stories that highlight vehicles, promotions, customer experiences, and team culture.
- Manage social media pages for multiple dealership locations, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and branding.
- Partner with sales, service, and marketing teams to showcase inventory, campaigns, and community events.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
- Run paid ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and other tools, optimizing for engagement and ROI.
- Stay current on social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep the Jeff Wyler brand ahead of the curve.
- Engage directly with online audiences responding to messages, reviews, and comments in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Proven skills in video editing, photography, and digital copywriting.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager and working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple dealership accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual would be a plus.
