The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives across our corporate-owned store locations. This role is hands‑on and detail-oriented, focused on bringing national campaigns to life at the local level, maintaining brand consistency, supporting social media and content efforts, and helping drive foot traffic and customer engagement at each corporate location. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys variety, fast‑paced execution, and seeing their work come to life in real, physical spaces.

• Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the rollout and localization of marketing campaigns across corporate store locations, including social media, email, digital advertising, and in‑store promotions.
• Content Creation: Produce and coordinate digital designs, graphics, signage, and marketing collateral for corporate locations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Social Media Coordination: Support day‑to‑day social media efforts including content scheduling, community engagement, responding to comments/messages, and tracking basic performance metrics for corporate location accounts.
• In-Store & Local Marketing: Work closely with corporate store managers to plan and execute local events, promotions, and community partnerships that drive foot traffic and customer acquisition.
• Reporting & Administrative Support: Track marketing calendars, maintain asset libraries, compile performance reports, and assist the Marketing Manager with data entry and analysis using tools like Google Analytics or CRM platforms.
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and print shops for signage, promotional materials, and event supplies for corporate locations.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related consumer-facing role. Experience supporting multi-location or retail marketing efforts is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating content and coordinating with store-level teams.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM/project management platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Asana).
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on execution and deadlines.
