The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and managing marketing content across digital and print platforms. This role supports brand awareness, lead generation, website updates, social media management, graphic design, marketing projects, trade show preparation, and overall brand consistency. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Social Media & Content Planning- Plan, write, design, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Create monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop content focused on industry topics, company updates, training, services, events, and relevant trends.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action.
- Create content for Linked In, Google Business Profile, company websites, and other digital platforms.
- Review content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and analytics.
- Monitor comments, messages, tags, and audience interactions.
- Support online community engagement with customers, partners, and industry organizations.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and content scheduling.
- Review website, social media, Google Business Profile, and advertising performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design branded graphics for social media, promotions, announcements, and marketing campaigns.
- Create flyers, brochures, business cards, promotional materials, signage, and other marketing assets.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand standards.
- Assist with internal communication campaigns.
- Edit photos and graphics while protecting customer privacy and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion.
- Gather project requirements, prepare materials, manage revisions, and organize final deliverables.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to meet deadlines.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and updates.
- Write and edit website content, including service pages, blogs, landing pages, and event information.
- Assist with website updates to improve user experience and lead generation.
- Support website forms, calls to action, and marketing campaign landing pages.
- Keep website content current, accurate, and aligned with company services.
- Help maintain search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Manage and update the company's Google Business Profile.
- Assist with online reputation management and customer reviews.
- Create, update, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
- Track advertising performance, conversions, keywords, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure branding is consistent across digital, print, promotional products, apparel, and other materials.
- Review logo usage and marketing materials for quality and brand compliance.
- Help maintain a professional public image through consistent marketing standards.
- Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Create and organize event materials, including brochures, banners, signage, promotional items, and displays.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and event organizers.
- Review event materials for accuracy, branding, and quality before production.
- Assist with booth setup, teardown, and event logistics.
- Help ensure a professional and organized event presence.
- Gather information from team members to create social media posts, website updates, blogs, newsletters, event announcements, employee recognition, and other company communications.
- Support internal and external communications by ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with the organization's brand and messaging.
- Annual Salary: $60,000–$80,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Location: Dublin, Ohio
