We are seeking a highly organized, relationship‑driven Program & Partnerships Manager to help expand our impact by managing programs, developing partnerships, and ensuring exceptional execution across our STEM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of STEM workshops, after‑school programs, summer camps, and special events.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools, school districts, nonprofit organizations, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
  • Identify and cultivate new program opportunities that align with Cool Tech Girls ’ mission and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate instructors, volunteers, schedules, materials, registrations, and event logistics to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support part‑time instructors and volunteers.
  • Manage program budgets, invoices, records, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with grant applications, grant reporting, sponsorship opportunities, and funding renewals.
  • Support marketing efforts through newsletters, presentations, social media, and Canva‑based materials.
  • Work closely with the Founder and Board to improve processes, solve operational challenges, and scale programs efficiently.
  • Represent Cool Tech Girls  professionally in meetings and communications with schools, partners, sponsors, parents, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience in program management, nonprofit management, education, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture long‑term partnerships with schools, nonprofits, corporations, or other community organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Self‑motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
  • Passion for STEM education and expanding opportunities for students.
  • Experience with grants, sponsor ships, or fundraising is desirable but not required.
Schedule Expectations

This is a flexible part‑time position. The ideal candidate must be available during regular business hours to meet with schools, nonprofit partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders, and available on select Saturdays or Sundays to oversee Cool Tech Girls  workshops and events. Occasional evening meetings may also be required.

If you are excited about building partnerships, managing impactful programs, and helping inspire the next generation through STEM, we would love to hear from you.
