Goal Advance the mission and vision of Central Ohio Youth For Christ (COYFC) by serving as the lead mobilizer and champion of holistic youth ministry in the middle and high schools throughout Dublin, Ohio. This role is responsible for developing sustainable ministry strategies, cultivating community partnerships, equipping volunteer and staff leaders, and engaging students in authentic relationships that lead to lifelong discipleship in Jesus Christ.

This role is responsible for developing sustainable ministry strategies, cultivating community partnerships, equipping volunteer and staff leaders, and engaging students in authentic relationships that lead to lifelong discipleship in Jesus Christ.
Key Objectives
- Mobilize champions for youth through service, financial partnership, and prayer.
- Build collaborative partnerships that maximize ministry impact throughout the Dublin community.
- Pioneer, launch, and oversee multiple Campus Life ministry sites.
- Recruit, coach, and develop paid staff and volunteer leadership teams.
- Fulfill all staff administrative responsibilities with excellence and accountability.
- Model and uphold the spiritual mission, values, and Leadership Standards of Central Ohio Youth For Christ.
- Strategic Ministry Development
- Develop and implement a long-term holistic ministry strategy for youth throughout the Dublin area.
- Conduct community assessments to identify the spiritual, emotional, relational, educational, and physical needs of local students.
- Evaluate community needs and develop ministry initiatives that address those needs.
- Design, implement, and continually strengthen a discipleship pathway that moves students toward spiritual maturity and leadership development.
- Champion Mobilization
- Recruit and develop community champions who will serve, give, and pray for local youth.
- Build meaningful relationships with churches, community leaders, parents, educators, and volunteers.
- Identify and cultivate individuals who can champion financial support, volunteer leadership, mentoring, and prayer initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a three-to-five-year ministry expansion plan for Campus Life within the Dublin community.
- Support the Development Team by assisting with donor events, ministry tours, and other engagement opportunities that inspire investment in the mission.
- Establish strategic partnerships with churches, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with both faith-based and community partners to meet the holistic needs of young people.
- Develop clear objectives, expectations, and accountability measures for all ministry partnerships.
- Participate weekly in direct ministry through Campus Life clubs, small groups, mentoring, outreach events, and student engagement.
- Pioneer and support new ministry site launches throughout the Dublin area.
- Cast vision, establish ministry culture, and implement strategic growth plans for assigned ministry sites.
- Equip and empower Campus Life leaders to effectively lead and sustain healthy ministry environments.
- Provide weekly coaching and development for ministry staff serving in the assigned area.
- Lead and participate in weekly staff meetings, prayer gatherings, and leadership development opportunities.
- Recruit, train, equip, and encourage volunteer leaders to effectively serve students.
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff members.
- Oversee ministry trips, retreats, outreach events, and leadership development opportunities in partnership with the Ministry Director.
- Ensure ministry data, reports, and documentation are submitted accurately and on time to COYFC and Youth For Christ USA.
- Maintain volunteer compliance by ensuring completion of annual training, background screenings, insurance documentation, and other required certifications.
- Participate in local, regional, and national Youth For Christ conferences and professional development opportunities.
- Attend required staff meetings, supervision meetings, and organizational team gatherings.
- Prepare regular ministry reports that communicate measurable progress, outcomes, and ministry impact.
- Support chapter-wide fundraising efforts by inviting a minimum of four new guests annually to See the Story tours and/or the Be the Story fundraising event.
