Shift: Day Shift Only
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our SNF/LTC team on day shift. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting a positive and professional care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Accurately document care provided
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality care standards
- Active LPN license in the state of employment
- SNF/LTC experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
