** Position Summary
** Dublin Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable
** Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
** to join our team on the
** night shift**. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to our residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being overnight.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
* Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Supervise and support STNAs/CNAs on the unit
* Ensure a calm, safe, and supportive overnight environment
* Respond efficiently to call lights, emergencies, and resident needs###
** Qualifications
* ** Current
** RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio
*** Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
* Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
* Compassionate, resident-focused mindset###
