Infusion Nurse - Outpatient Infusion Suite and Infusion

Soleo Health is seeking a Full‑time Infusion Nurse to provide primary patient care for adult patients receiving infusion therapy in the Dublin, OH area and surrounding communities. The role supports home and alternate site infusion services while ensuring rigorous quality and regulatory compliance.

• Deliver direct nursing care for all assigned patients, including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy and communication with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home patient representatives, and community resource staff.
• Evaluate and educate patients or care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as needed.
• Assess the home environment to determine necessary interventions that make the setting safe and appropriate for prescribed care.
• Develop care plans with other team members, monitor patient response to therapy during each encounter, and update plans accordingly.
• Manage schedules using the company‑approved platform per policy, and promptly communicate any changes to relevant colleagues.
• Coordinate patient care through approved company platforms and participate in the nurse on‑call rotation to guarantee continuous nursing support.
• Document all encounters, communications, and care activities in real time, following Soleo policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POTs) and required clinical documents per policy and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to confirm all required patient documents (e.g., consents, POTs) are completed and returned to the branch office within acceptable time frames.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5 pm with variable work times to include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (40 hours per week).
• Proficient with IV access devices, including IV lines, accessing ports, and infusion medication administration.
• Perform infusions in the infusion suite and at patients’ homes, adapting to environments with pets or cigarette smoke.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation: one weeknight every two weeks and one weekend every two‑to‑three months.
• Required to hold a single‑state RN license for Ohio in good standing and live within 25 minutes of Dublin, OH.

• Current RN license from the state board of nursing in Ohio, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IG‑RN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy; experience in ICU and/or cardiac care is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and the Office Suite.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions.
