Ohio Health Rehabilitation Hospital - Dublin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift in Dublin, OH. You will collaborate with a Nursing Assistant to manage a patient load and execute the patient care plan to achieve goals and milestones.
Responsibilities include admissions/ transfers, comprehensive assessments, EPIC documentation, data interpretation, and accurate order processing. A BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred; RN license and BLS required.
