360 Vascular Institute is seeking an experienced Procedural & Clinical Operations Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nationally accredited office-based vascular cath lab in Dublin, Ohio.
We are the only Quad A-accredited (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) outpatient vascular practice in the region and have become a destination for vascular care, serving patients from throughout Ohio, across the United States, and internationally.
This is more than a procedural nursing position. We're looking for a nurse who enjoys learning, takes ownership, thinks critically, and wants to help shape the future of a growing physician-led practice.
Working closely with our physician and Office-Based Lab Manager, you'll provide procedural nursing care, independently administer and monitor moderate (conscious) sedation, support quality improvement initiatives, help maintain accreditation readiness, and contribute to improving workflow, efficiency, and the patient experience.
This role offers increasing opportunities for leadership, professional development, and operational responsibility as our office-based lab continues to grow.
Schedule- Part-time (16–24 hours/week)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Typical start time between 7:00–7:30 AM
- Opportunity to expand to 3–4 days/week as procedural volume grows
- No weekends, holidays, or hospital call

Required- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Demonstrated experience independently administering and monitoring moderate (conscious) sedation
- Experience in Interventional Radiology, Office-Based Lab (OBL), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Cath Lab, PACU, or another procedural setting
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to complete, accurate documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in an Office-Based Lab (OBL) or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Experience with Quad A, AAAHC, Joint Commission, or other ambulatory accreditation standards
- Experience with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, or clinical operations
- Interest in leadership and helping build a high-performing office-based vascular program
