Registered Nurse, Urology and Specialties Outpatient Clinic, Vascular and Urology Surgical Proc[

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider
• Provide related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Collect patient health data and analyze it to determine diagnoses
• Identify individualized expected patient outcomes
• Develop plans of care prescribing interventions to attain expected outcomes
• Implement care-plan interventions and evaluate patient progress
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
• Perform professional nursing work and patient care according to physicians' direction and organizational policies
• Provide patient and family health education
• Perform health assessments

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE- or ACEN-accredited nursing program
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of triage procedures
• Clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care experience
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
• Knowledge of procedures and standards for administering medications and patient care aids
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and families about disease, care, and treatment
• Ability to convey information in writing and verbally
• High interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations
• Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
• Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions

Demonstrates expertise in providing skilled nursing services, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve patient outcomes. Proficient in patient education, health assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams while adhering to safety and quality standards.
