Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, plan care, and document findings within set time frames.
• Oversee and supervise shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians when necessary.
• Follow hospital policies for medication administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, including working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
• Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
