Associate Veterinarian Position - Central Ohio, Privately-Owned

Dublin Veterinary Clinic is a small animal clinic located in central Ohio. We are a multi‑doctor, long‑established practice with an excellent reputation in the Dublin community. For over 60 years, Dublin Veterinary Clinic has provided high quality medicine and surgery, and superior client communication. We practice fear‑free techniques in a collaborative work environment. We also care for exotic patients, if that area of medicine interests you.

• Full-time or Part-time Position
• Competitive Pro‑Sal Salary $125,000‑$135,000 + 20% Production Bonuses

Besides our generous compensation package, we also offer an excellent work‑life balance. We generally have few in‑patients, and usually leave work on time everyday. Additionally, our clients are blessed with the affordability to care for their pets' medical needs, and follow our treatment recommendations. Our extended appointment times (30‑45 minutes) allow adequate time to think about Differentials & Treatments, provide client communication, and form relationships with our clients.

• If desired, Structured Mentorship (Three months of 45 minute appointments, surgery training with Senior Veterinarian, additional paid individual training with Dental Specialist, & ample time for case collaboration)
