365 is hiring dependable Fall Landscape Crew Members for immediate start.
Our typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM — no 6:00 AM landscaping starts.
That makes this a great fit for parents working around the school day, people coming out of summer seasonal jobs, or anyone who works evenings or weekends and wants dependable daytime income.
No landscaping experience required. We provide paid, hands‑on training and teach you our system for producing clean, professional-quality work.

- $25/hr at 60 days
- Weekly pay
- W-2 employment
- Opportunity for premium-paid winter snow-shoveling work at $30–$35+/hr
Pay advancement is based on dependable attendance, coachability, work quality, and performance.
We provide a clear path to $25/hr because we expect strong reliability, effort, coachability, and quality in return.

- Learn professional landscaping skills directly from the owner
WHAT WE EXPECT:
This is real physical outdoor work
.
You should be prepared to:
- Show up consistently and on time
- Work outdoors in changing fall weather
- Be on your feet and moving for most of the workday
- Lift, carry, rake, shovel, blow leaves, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Take coaching and follow instructions
- Pay attention to details
- Take pride in how the finished property looks
We care more about reliability, effort, and willingness to learn than previous landscaping experience.
THIS JOB IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF:- You regularly call off, show up late, or need frequent schedule changes
- You’re looking for easy work or a job where you can move at your own pace
- You don’t like working outdoors in cold, wet, windy, dirty, or changing conditions
- You don’t want repetitive physical work
You need constant reminders to stay productive - You don’t take feedback well
- You care more about finishing fast than doing the job correctly
- You are not normally available during our weekday daytime schedule
If those things don’t sound like you,
we can teach you the landscaping.
365 DIFFERENCE
Most landscaping companies put you on a crew and expect you to figure it out.
At Landscaping
365, you work on a small crew directly with the owner, who brings 25+ years of professional landscaping experience.
You’ll receive paid training and learn a structured system for producing consistent, professional-quality results.
We can teach landscaping. We’re looking for people who show up, care about the work, and want to improve.
SCHEDULEMonday–Friday
Typically 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Usually 6–7 hours per day
, with additional hours available at times.
Our daytime hours fit well with many school‑day schedules and people who already work evenings or weekends.
As daylight shortens later in the fall, start and finish times may shift earlier.
WINTER OPPORTUNITYStrong fall team members may have the opportunity to continue with our winter snow team.
Landscaping
365 performs snow shoveling and sidewalk clearing — not snow plowing.
Snow work is weather‑dependent and may occur early mornings, nights, weekends, or during extended snow events.
Snow‑shoveling work pays premium rates.

- Dublin / Northwest Columbus
- Groveport / South Columbus
We use north and south meet‑up areas and try to assign team members based on where they live.
