A hands-on outdoor fall job that keeps you active, builds real landscaping skills, and pays weekly —
without 6:00 AM starts or indoor shifts.

We’re hiring dependable, hardworking people to join our small landscape team for the fall season.

No landscaping experience required.

We provide paid, hands-on training and continue teaching you as your skills grow.

Already have some landscaping, lawn care, construction, maintenance, warehouse, farm, or other hands-on experience? That’s a plus — but it is not required.

What matters most is showing up, working hard, being coachable, and being willing to learn.

Most landscaping companies put you on a crew and expect you to figure things out.

At Landscaping
365, you’ll work on a small crew directly with the owner, who brings 25+ years of professional landscaping experience.

You’ll receive paid training from day one and learn a structured system for producing clean, professional-quality work.

We can teach landscaping. We’re looking for people who show up, care about the work, and want to improve.

Monday–Friday

Typical 9:30 AM–3:30 PM

Most workdays are approximately 6 hours
, depending on weather, workload, and scheduled projects.

Some workdays may finish earlier when the scheduled work is completed. Additional hours may be available at times.

No 6:00 AM landscaping starts.

This is a part-time position and is not a guaranteed 40-hour workweek.
