Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting laboratory operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Dublin, Ohio

What's the Job?
  • Perform and document routine tasks related to sample processing and laboratory assays following written operating procedures and standard methods.
  • Conduct specific laboratory procedures and tests, utilizing applied knowledge and practical skills gained through experience.
  • Prepare samples for analytical testing, including data entry, weighing, and homogenization.
  • Operate basic laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, and autoclaves, ensuring accuracy and proper maintenance.
  • Review and interpret analytical data, draft reports, and assist in maintaining quality assurance documentation.
What's Needed?
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in a related science field preferred.
  • Relevant academic coursework or at least 1 year of practical experience in an analytical laboratory setting.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to review data critically and contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
