Kinetics Noise Control is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Assistant in Dublin, Ohio. The role supports the quality management system, analyzes data, and drives Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
This second shift runs 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime and a $1 shift differential. Requires attention to detail and collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
