Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end carrier onboarding and ongoing compliance within the TMS and third-party risk management platforms, including Highway.
- Review carrier profiles, documentation, and risk indicators to determine compliance eligibility.
- Perform continuous risk analysis of the carrier base with emphasis on fraud prevention and cargo theft mitigation.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with FMCSA regulations, insurance requirements, and internal policies.
Operational Support & Communication
- Communicate carrier status, approvals, and compliance issues to internal teams.
- Perform follow-ups with carriers and third parties to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide guidance related to carrier clearance processes and system navigation.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, contract audits, and compliance validations.
- Develop and maintain SOPs related to carrier compliance and onboarding.
- Monitor and maintain carrier scorecards.
Issue Resolution and Escalation
- Identify, investigate, and escalation non-compliance issues and discrepancies.
- Document findings and recommendations regarding carrier relationships.
Qualifications & Skills ets

- Experience in transportation, logistics, compliance, or risk management preferred
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and carrier compliance standards
- Familiarity with Highway or similar risk platforms preferred
