This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dublin, OH. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for aiding clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Day‑to‑day tasks include listing properties, conducting property tours, preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves actively networking to connect with buyers and sellers while staying informed about local real estate trends and property values.

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License
• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property practices
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of the Dublin, OH real estate market and surrounding areas is a plus
• Proficiency in basic digital tools and real estate software applications
