The Archway Group | Coldwell Banker Realty in Dublin, OH, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Agent/REALTOR®. As a full-time hybrid role, the Real Estate Agent will work both in-person and remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties by guiding them through the entire real estate transaction process, from identifying properties and negotiating contracts to closing deals and following up after transactions.

The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for scheduling and conducting property showings, creating and managing property listings, and coordinating with clients, real estate attorneys, and mortgage lenders.

• A current and valid Real Estate Agent license in Ohio, or have the ability to obtain one.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people find the homes of their dreams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain close relationships with clients and partners
• A deep understanding of the local real estate market, including trends and regulations
• Ability to research and analyze property and market data, and present findings to clients and partners
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A high level of professionalism, including discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in using relevant real estate technology, such as MLS, CRMs, and online marketing platforms
• A commitment to following ethical and legal standards in all real estate transactions
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is preferred but not mandatory
