Aboutthe Role:

JoinCBRE as a Sr. Facilities Analyst and play a key role in supporting one of our premier clients in the financial sector. Based on-site in Columbus, OH, this position is part of the team responsible for supporting approximately 3 million square feet of Class A office space, helping ensure operational excellence across alarge and dynamic corporate real estate portfolio.

Inthis highly visible role, you'll partner with Facilities Managers, vendors, andcross-functional stakeholders to support day-to-day facilities operations,drive service delivery, and help maintain compliance and performance standards. You'll contribute to the success of abest-in-class workplace environment while collaborating with a larger team dedicated to delivering an exceptional employee and client experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Conduct regular site walks to proactively identify and address facility issues.

  • Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while recommending improvements and upgrades.

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures to maintain service quality and cost control.

  • Running weekly operational and performance reports, and delivering accurate insights that help inform client decision-making and portfolio strategy.

  • Create and manage purchase orders and support budget planning and ongoing budget management.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front-line client requests, providing timely and effective support.

  • Create, monitor, and manage work orders through to completion, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Coordinate with trades personnel and vendors to execute both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

  • Apply cross-functional knowledge to align your work with team and departmental objectives.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE’s RISE values—Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

  • Contribute to high-quality outcomes by ensuring accuracy in your work and collaborating effectively with your team.

  • Execute tasks according to established protocols and timelines.

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and simply to ensure understanding across all levels.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and performance.

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions and apply relevant precedents.

  • Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills including reporting, pivot tables and ability to managing and interpret large datasets.

  • Must have strong organizational skills with a curious and analytical mindset.

  • Advanced mathematical skills, including proficiency with percentages, fractions, and other complex calculations.
