You’ll lead by example on the floor, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and Members receive the attentive, personalized service that makes Tartan Fields special.

• Supervise and support servers and service staff during shifts  
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities  
• Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are maintained  
• Assist with floor management and table service as needed  
• Support training and development of team members  
• Handle Member requests and resolve concerns professionally  
• Monitor dining room flow and service efficiency  
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams  
• Ensure dining areas and service stations are clean and organized  
• Assist with opening and closing procedures  
• Uphold club policies and service standards  
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience## What We’re Looking For
