This role as a Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within their assigned area. The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front of house and back of house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools at your assigned work area.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serv Safe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas. Employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects, reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.

The work environment is a restaurant, including a kitchen area.

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
