- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Motivate and direct store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals
- Communicate daily and weekly store objectives to staff
- Promote outstanding customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
- Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
- Uphold all operational policies and procedures
- Buy gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company standards
- Support loss prevention efforts and ensure a safe store environment
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to drive during assigned shifts as needed
