What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the success of our eCommerce accounts—blending analytics, creativity, and strategy to drive results.

  • Own the Listing Process – Create, optimize, and manage product listings using automation tools and bulk uploads to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Partner with Account Managers to execute strategies that increase revenue and expand product assortments.
  • Merchandise with Purpose – Collaborate with Merchandisers to build compelling product collections that resonate with customers and align with trends.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance – Conduct daily audits of listings, ensuring accuracy, inventory alignment, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Identify Opportunities – Analyze performance data, uncover white space, and recommend new ways to grow each account.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep a pulse on consumer behavior and eCommerce trends to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize product visibility and performance.
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and creative—someone who enjoys solving problems and making a measurable impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or account management (apparel or fashion preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and/or Shopify
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
